THE NEXT GEN

Prelude: The Bridg’D RBA was publicly announced in early 2019 and became available in early 2020, which became one of the most-used RBA ever since. The design has made it a staple atomizer for the Billet Box and other boro devices.

Fast-forward, we have officially released a total of 6 iterations, proving that the design is effective and stayed relevant through time. Its innovative, user-focused, straightforward, self-explanatory design, and the features like the very first on-the-fly interchangeable airflow pins made it one of the staples in the Boro realm. 

The V1, V1.2, V1.2+, V2, Omega, and Alpha are the proofs that the core design of the Bridg’D has always been a trusted and reliable RBA. 

Our 7th and latest iteration, the ALPHA PLUS, is inheriting the proud legacy of its predecessors while embracing the Dot AIO system that reflects the evolution of both technology and user preferences. The Alpha Plus pays tribute to our original vision of the Bridg’D series, reimagined with improvements to meet the demands of the current market. We are honoring its roots, and the Alpha Plus is a proud statement to our dedication to craftsmanship and pursuit of greatness in our work. 

This isn’t only a refinement and a product that bridges the past and the future; this is a product that bridges our RBAs to the Dot AIO platform.

BRIDG’D ALPHA PLUS KEY FEATURES:

1. REDUCED FORM, RETAINED IDENTITY

- The Alpha Plus retains the Bridg’D identity with a simple, minimalistic, but classic aesthetic packed in a smaller version. 

- Its shape follows the Alpha’s refined rounded contours, profound lines, and chamfers to balance elegance and functionality.

2. CHIMNEY SECTION

- Constructed from 316-L surgical stainless steel with a 4mm inner diameter chimney, giving it a versatile yet balanced airflow that can cater to MTL-DL. 

- Reverse female threading on the chamber provides a secure fitment.

3. CHAMBER CAP SECTION

- The chamber cap is designed with reverse male threading, allowing a seamless contact with the chimney section. 

- The domed chamber inside optimizes the air pathway, enhancing flavor delivery and overall performance by ensuring smooth and efficient airflow. 

- The chamber features a center snap-on lock which securely connects to the deck, providing a cleaner RBA frontage, and hassle-free assembly for users.

4. DECK SECTION

- The Alpha Plus is sporting the iconic diagonal dual-post layout with M2.5*3mm screws that cater to different coil build preferences. Posts will have indents at the back to help the end-user cleanly cut excess coil leads. 

- The large juice ports were moved to the right edge of the deck, perfectly aligned with the coil and cotton. 

- We also incorporated the cotton pockets on each side to ensure a secure hold for both cotton tails, promoting consistent wicking performance while acting as an additional liquid reservoir. 

- Built-in 510 threading with Black Delrin choker. 

- Posts and airflow pins are insulated with Ketron PEEK material for outstanding reliability and heat resistance.

5. MULTIPLE AIRFLOW OPTIONS

- Staying true to our tradition, the BRIDG’D ALPHA incorporates an on-the-fly interchangeable airflow pin system. With airflow pin sizes ranging from 1.2mm to 4.0mm, users can fine-tune their vaping experience to suit their preferences.

6. DOT CONVERSION KIT

- The Alpha Plus is the most versatile Bridg’D RBAs ever designed and created. We all know that the Bridg’D has always shined in the Boro market and it has been proven to work with most boro tanks, devices, and integral tips. And as we progress with the saga, we want to push forward to introduce the Bridg’D in the Dot AIO market as well. 

- The Dot Conversion Kit includes the tank section, tank base, chimney, and stainless choker. While we strongly encourage everyone to purchase the Dot Conversion Kit, we are also aware that some of our enthusiasts only use boro devices hence we decided to sell it separately.

The Alpha Plus is an RBA derived from its predecessors with innovation, versatility, and meeting modern day needs in mind. 

While the Alpha Plus is the smallest-profile RBA we have ever made, its compact form factor never comes at the expense of the end-user’s building experience.

Unlike the grandfathers of all Bridg’D RBAs, the Gen-1 (V1, V1.2, and V1.2+), the Alpha Plus features thicker, reinforced posts for greater strength and durability. This ensures that even users who apply considerable force when securing their coil leads can build with confidence, without worrying about the posts bending or breaking. Each post features slots on both sides for easier coil installation, while M2.5 × 3 mm grub screws provide a secure and reliable grip on the coil leads. As I’ve mentioned above, the compact size of the Alpha Plus doesn’t come at the building experience because you can fit in any coils that the older WICK’D bridges can take, zero fiddling to make it fit. 

As with all our RBAs, Ketron® PEEK remains our standard for insulation. Its exceptional heat resistance, mechanical strength, and durability make it an essential component in our commitment to end-user safety. Beyond its insulating properties, the PEEK post insulator also serves as the chamber cap’s locking mechanism, replacing the original notched locking system found in earlier Bridg’D RBAs.

Taking inspiration from the original Alpha, we have incorporated small cotton wells into the Alpha Plus. These serve as miniature liquid reservoirs while providing a dedicated seating area that helps keep the cotton securely in place.

The juice ports have also been strategically positioned along the edges of the RBA for two reasons: first, to align the liquid feed more closely with the coil and cotton for improved wicking efficiency; and second, to maintain a cleaner, sleeker front profile.

Every detail of the Alpha Plus reflects our approach to design: miniaturize the footprint, reinforce the essentials, and refine the building experience.
