DRIP TIP & TOP SECTION

The NFGTA is sporting a black delrin 510 drip tip with dual o-ring. The height, shape and diameter of it is comfortable for both RDL and DL use. The juice flow control knob is strategically placed beneath the driptip to extend the top profile and improve the mouthfeel when being used. At the same time its location allows the end-user to adjust the juice flow without tinkering other RTA parts. 

The juice flow knob has a female hexagonal link that connects the assembly to the inner chamber. When you turn the knob from the top, it allows you to mechanically control the juice ports, opening, restricting, or closing them fully, with less effort. 

The juice flow control assembly is attached to the threaded top fill cover.

TANK SECTION & CAPACITY

The tank section is made from PCTG, mirror-polished for glass-like aesthetic.

CHAMBER & INTERNAL STRUCTURE

The outer chamber is the largest part of the RTA and acts as the structural spine of the whole system connecting the threaded top section, O-ring fitted PCTG tank and the deck through a notch-and-rail locking system.

The inner chamber is connected with the juice flow control knob to open, close or restrict the juice ports. The internal portion of the chamber has a dome shape to give a better air pathway.

BUILD DECK

This is the most important part of the NFGTA. The deck is built for newbies and seasoned builders because of its large dual posts allowing ease of building. Posts to coil clearance is spacious enough and will not choke the air circulation inside the chamber. The wicking channels are proven to be reliable to consistently keep the cotton saturated. And one of my favorite feature is the quick release deck system. You can easily remove the tank assembly from the deck without tearing down the whole system.

AIRFLOW SYSTEM & BOTTOM BASE

We kept the exterior clean and removed the traditional AFC ring. Instead, airflow size can be dialed using interchangeable airflow pins. Replacing it on the fly will not mess your build.

• 2mm • 2.5mm • 3mm • 3.5mm • 4mm • 4.5mm •

The 510 base is engineered separately from the build deck assembly and it features a 360° airflow system when the RTA is fully assembled, making sure that the airflow remains unobstructed even when installed on SBS devices. 

Lastly, the NFGTA has markings on both outer chamber section and bottom base so when you assemble them together, it's easy to align and lock both sections.
