Returns Policy

We offer a standard 14-days long distance refund on all items as long as the item is unopened and in as new condition.

Faulty mods/kits can be returned up to 90 days from date of purchase.

Faulty tanks can be returned upto 30 days from date of purchase.

E-liquids deemed to be faulty from the manufacturing process can be returned upto 7 days from date of purchase.

We will require proof of purchase with any return.

A replacement/refund will only be given upon testing the items and determining there is actually a manufacturing fault.

We will endeavour to test all returns within 5 working days from receipt.

If it is deemed the returned item does not have a manufacturing fault or the damage was caused through misuse, we will return the item to you and no replacement/refund will be given.

We will contact you to advise of our findings. Your Statutory Rights are not effected.
